Located in Anacortes, WA in the Skagit Valley County area of Washington State: Flowers by Shamay offers an array of services ranging from weddings, special events Anniversary's, Birthdays, to corporate and Non-Profit fundraisers. Below is a sampling of my services, I can’t wait to create your floral story! I believe in the art of flower arranging through creative design. By creating unique color palettes and shapes, every arrangement will be unique to suit your event. With over 20 years of experience in the floral industry, my work is deeply inspired by seasonal and local flowers to arrange whimsical, romantic, and natural bouquets and showpieces.
Weddings
Wedding florals consist of everything from bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages to reception centerpieces and installations. This service includes delivery and set up and typically starts at $3000+
Special Events
From Anniversaries, Galas to corporate events, I look forward to working with you and your organization to customize your event with centerpieces, displays, to a magical floral experience! Each event is unique as will be the quote.
Gift Giving
Birthday, Thinking of You, or Anniversary bouquets: I cater to individual tastes to those looking for unique floral arrangements. I love working with out-of-state friends and family to care for your loved ones.

Guidelines for Suggested Flower Prices
Wedding Florals
Bridal Bouquet: Petite $175 | Standard $225 | Luxurious $325+
Bridesmaids Bouquet: $75-125
Boutonniere: $25-30
Corsages/Wristlets: $25-40
Flower Crowns: $75-125
Flower Girl: $35-50
Ceremony Flower( Arches/ Arbors /Chuppah): starting $1000+
Rose Petal Aisle Runner: $500+
Chair Flowers: $35+
Reception Florals
Table Centerpieces: Starting at $125+
Containers can: Additional
Cocktails/Bar: Starting $20
Cake: Starting $30
Buffet starting $125+
Focal Arrangements: Small to Large $75-$150
Custom Piece Installations: Minimum purchase starting at $500. These installations may require a site visit as well as additional time for set up and an additional price for tear down.
Day of setup: Starts at 15%~30% in addition to the overall floral cost.
Tear Down: A $500 starting “strike” fee. Depends on location and how big the wedding is. Some times a Removal of flowers/decor can be arranged by friends and family members. Most flowers are given as ‘thank you’ gifts, taken to convalescent homes, or placed on honorary family special spots.
Rentals: candles, containers, draping, props, etc from my studio~ small rental fees are applied. Other Company Rentals: Arbors, structures, furniture, props~ my time plus mileage will be added.
Deposit: A non-refundable retainer of $500.00 must be submitted with provided contract. The deposit is non-refundable and is deducted from the total price of EVENT. Payment may be made in cash, check, Venmo, Cash App, credit or debit card.
